The 80 card tarot deck and codex book was made by artist George Higham, creator of the creepy puppet-animated film version of Annabel Lee (from the Edgar Allan Poe Collection Vol. 1 DVD). Mr. Higham creates stunning tableaus of dark and grimy Victorian insanity, composed using sculpture and antiquities from another world, that evoke a particularly dark and nasty variety of Steampunk.
