IMPORTANT: The type of festival pass you choose will dictate your shipping method.
If you choose the In-Person VIP option, All items in this package (and any add-ons you decide on) will be available for pickup at the festival. Nothing will be shipped by default, unless otherwise noted in the product description.
If you choose the Streaming Festival option, All items in this package (and any add-ons you purchase later) will ship after the festival, but no shipping is being charged for this package now.
• After the fundraiser completes, we will calculate any actual shipping costs based on total weight, and invoice you separately before we ship your items. This ensures accurate shipping costs, so you won't be overcharged.
In both cases, between now and the end of the fundraiser, you can let us know about any add-ons you'd like and we will add them to your order!
If you would like to be a vital part of putting on this festival, but want a truly custom rewards package, this level is for you.
At this level, and you can build your own reward package. Choose the VIP 3-Day in-person Festival Pass (includes the VIP reception if attending in person) OR choose a Full Streaming Pass for the Streaming Edition that takes place December 4-6th on Eventive (with access through Dec 11), AND any other physical reward items you wish (quantities of each item may be limited).
