Great Cthulhu is known to many cultures and worshipped by dreamers in the darkest corners of the Earth. The icon depicted on this shirt was recovered during the disbanding of a cult of worshippers, said to be practicing obscene rites in a small village in the tribal Adivasi belt in Daltonganj. Local authorities broke up a midnight ritual, where several tribal natives had apparently been sacrificed to hideous gods of the outer darkness. Seventeen arrests were made and an unreported number were killed in self-defense, in this area often considered the birthplace of certain Buddhist philosophies. Apparently, other less enlightened forces are at work in the dark. This shirt is perfect for dreamers and fans of H.P. Lovecraft.
