Shipping
DURING THE MONTH OF DECEMBER, WE SHIP MOST ITEMS VERY QUICKLY. CLICK HERE TO REVIEW HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES.
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please allow 1-2 weeks, regardless of the shipping method you choose (why?). It is the customer's responsibility to notify us (by e-mail or in the comments box during checkout) if an order must be delivered by a certain date, in which case we will advise the customer if we will be able to expedite the order to meet the delivery date. Privacy Policy
Arkham Bazaar will never sell or give any of your information to any other company. All information given to Arkham Bazaar remains 100% Private and is used only for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. Billing and shipping information is kept on a secure server and all transactions use a signed certificate and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for transmission. We also do not store your complete credit card information, only the last 4 digits for identification purposes.

Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Sigh Co. Graphics You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Sigh Co. Graphics also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Sigh Co. Graphics' sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
